What are the shipping times for your products?

Your order is processed and shipped within 24 hours and may take between 2 and 5 days for delivery depending on where you live and whether postal services are supported.

If I never receive my order, what happens?

Normally this should never happen. If such a case should occur, we will resend the same item to you at our expense.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

For the moment we prefer to serve the European area (Switzerland and the United Kingdom included) and hope to open up to the rest of the world subsequently.

We ship our products from Luxembourg and France, the location depending mainly on the location closest to your place of residence.

Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?

Contact us, we will check and send you the missing products at our expense of course.

I received a damaged item. What can I do ?

We are sorry to hear this, all our items undergo a quality control before dispatch but an error can happen. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: contact@penaltir.com within 24 hours of receipt and we will send you the same item as quickly as possible.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days following the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not on sale. .
